Sabrina Brown has been a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) since 2020. She leads a team of professionals who assist clients interested in securing residency and establishing a lifestyle abroad whether temporarily or permanently. SBRAS International has since become a rich resource to help individuals explore and evaluate abroad options for possible future action.

Sabrina's passion for international real estate and global living began in 2014 after visiting Cuenca, Ecuador, where she discovered a thriving community of U.S. and Canadian expats. Many of these individuals relocated after the 2008 market downturn, in which their affected retirement savings left them in search of a more affordable cost of living. Some rented and others purchased and she became intrigued by their quality of life at a fraction of the US.  Her interest soon expanded to Panama and other Caribbean countries. Today, she has cultivated an extensive network of licensed agents and service providers across Latin America and Europe.

However, she has held a global perspective for many years, dating back from her studies in Belgium to hosting internationals via cultural exchange programs and her participating in professional and personal global organizations. She has hosted 13 international guests from seven different countries—Australia, China, Ecuador, France, Mexico, South Africa, and Spain—many staying with her family for up to a year. She is also married to a native Jamaican, deepening her ties to Caribbean culture.
